BEVERAGE DISPENSING EQUIPMENT SANITIZER DIRECTIONS:
For Sanitizing of bottling or pre-mixed dispensing equipment:After cleaning, thoroughly rinse equipment with a potable water rinse. Fill equipment (include tubing where possible) with 100 ppm HOCL, NSC and Surfactant and allow to remain in the equipment for at least 60 seconds. Drain HOCL, NSC and Surfactant from the system. To ensure the removal of flavors, it is suggested that during changeover between products the system be cleaned, rinsed and flushed with the sanitizing solution for at least 1 minute. Drain thoroughly and allow to air dry before reuse.

For Sanitizing of chiller equipment: After cleaning and removing dirt and spills, spray walls and shelves with 100 ppm HOCL, NSC and Surfactant, allow to sit for 30-60 seconds, then wipe.
